Launching soon, Urban Patchwork is an estate agent social enterprise for residential property sales and lettings. We are based by Greenland Dock on the border of SE16 and SE8 and serve the surrounding areas. Our closest tube stations are Surrey Quays and Canada Water.

The majority of our profits will go to homeless housing and support in London via our UP fund – we're committed to helping meet homeless housing need and to exploring / promoting new ways to tackle some of London’s housing challenges.
